The Challenge
This Design Challenge explores products that responsibly employ sustainably oriented textiles in products that support people’s engagement with the outdoors – from balconies to backyards to ballparks to beaches to bayous and beyond.

Target demographic: 18-34 year olds in the U.S.

Sustainability Requirement: Choose one or more aspects of sustainability related to natural resources, waste management, durability, manufacturing processes, pollution, labor, supply chains, transparency/traceability, business model. Avoid greenwashing – and prove it.
